I do understand about wrestling and working through passages of Scripture, looking to probe their depth and expanse. But what about “always learning but never coming to a knowledge of the truth”? How would you avoid the extreme of always questioning but never coming to a conclusion? When do convictions form giving us truth and “cognitive rest”, to borrow a term from John Frame?
